• At “THE DURBEEN”, we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Requests

• For Bookings Made Directly Through Us: Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through our online portal. The effective date of cancellation is when we receive the written notice.

 Cancellation Fees

• More than 30 Days Before Departure: 50%  of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Between 15 Days and 30 Days Before Departure:  75% of the total cost of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
• Less than 15 Days Before Departure or No-Show: 100% of the total cost of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 4-7 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
