Terms & Condition, Cancellation Policies:

At “THE DURBEEN”, we understand schedules can change and unforeseen circumstances can arise. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy. 

1. No Refund shall be made with respect to the initial booking amount for any cancellations. However,

2. If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of the trip cast will be charged as cancellation fees.

3. If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

4. If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the trip 100% of the trip cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

5. In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

• Customers are requested to provide correct information In case of wrong information provided (even if by mistake, and if there arise any issues/ dispute due to the same, we’ll not entertain those, and the client must bear the consequences arise due to the same.
• We’ll not be liable for delay due to any personal issue of the customer.
• Any damage charges are to be borne by the customer.

We’ll not be responsible in case of theft/lost/misplace/damage of personal belongings and medical issue related matters.

• All rates are subjected to increase depending on the date of confirmation.
